Transpersonal Regression Therapy (TRT) is a form of regression therapy developed by Tasso Institute, Netherlands. It is a focused, brief and result-oriented approach. It works on two levels – the causes and origins of issues are explored and resolved and forgotten positive feelings and sleeping talents are reactivated. The Tasso approach to regression belongs to the cathartic school of thought. Classical hypnosis is not used as a medium to induce trance, instead a person enters the trance through his/her own symptoms and issues. The Tasso Regression therapy does not avoid past-life, spiritual, attached spirits and pre-human experiences, rather deals with them in a grounded way.
Transpersonal Regression Therapy is extremely effective and brings about faster results as compared to other forms of therapy. The number of sessions required to gain results reduce dramatically with the Tasso approach.
