Emotional Freedom Techniques, EFT, also known as Tapping, involves tapping on your energy meridian points while thinking or verbalizing your issue, followed by using positive affirmations while tapping. EFT draws on the ancient Chinese Acupuncture without the use of needles and combines it with modern Psychology to produce startling results. It’s an easy to learn and effective technique which takes us to the core of a problem by tapping the energy points, releasing trapped energy and emotions from the system.  Emotional Freedom techniques is clinically proven to be effective for anxiety, fears, phobias, depression,trauma, abuse, panic, addiction, child related issues, and symptoms like physical pain, allergies, headaches, breathing difficulties, and more.
